Remote Video Monitoring versus Visual Verification

Visual Verification is used by monitoring station operators to verify the validity of an alarm generated by security devices.

Whereas, Remote Video Monitoring allows a signal to be generated to the monitoring station by non-security devices (i.e., video cameras).
