Job Description:
Southwest Dispatch Center, a 24×7 Alarm Monitoring Company, is looking for exceptional customer service-oriented Call Center professionals, to work in our Central Station as Customer Service/Alarm Monitoring Operators.
Exceptional Candidates will possess:
- A pleasant phone voice and excellent communication skills.The ability to speak clearly while making outgoing calls to verify alarms, and dispatch authorities.
- Passionate when it comes to helping others.
- Enjoy a fast-paced, challenging team environment.
- Ability to work in a high volume call center.
- A caring, can-do attitude; always conveying professionalism and a desire to help.
If offered the position, you must commit to attend the entire duration of the training schedule without interruption. Your full participation is required on every day of training! Paid training begins on your first day of employment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and mandatory overtime once training is completed.
- Dependable and punctual.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Type 20 wpm
Applicants with criminal backgrounds need not apply.
**Application will be made during training for a Texas Department of Private Security Alarm Monitoring License as a requirement for continued employment and will include an FBI background check and fingerprinting.
We are hiring for multiple shifts which require the ability to work both Saturday and Sunday and has two consecutive days off during Mon-Fri:
**Compensation: $15.00 per hour or higher depending on previous Alarm Monitoring Experience.
***Bonus compensation for English/Spanish speaking candidates.
****Bonus compensation for weekend hours worked.
